Sylvania is on the Ausgrid network. Ausgrid's 24/7 fault line is 13 13 88. Work on your service line, point of attachment, consumer mains or metering must be done by an accredited Level 2 electrician, and we're accredited with both Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy.

What happens if I ignore a defect notice in Sylvania?

Can I upgrade to three phase in Sylvania?
